At Orchard Massage & Beauty Ltd., I take privacy seriously and only use the information collected to provide my treatments. I do not share or sell the information I collect. It is only collected to provide the best possible service. At any time, you may request a copy of information recorded about you. You may also request that I remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself.

I collect the minimum amount of personal information in which to allow me to ensure that I am providing a safe treatment and giving you the best experience that I can. This is data that you provide us directly; I will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside of my business. I store notes with respect to treatments carried out to ensure that I keep accurate records and am able to maintain a good level of service. Depending on which treatment I am providing, I may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. I will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact the treatment; this is to keep both you and I safe.

Appointment confirmations and reminders:

I will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. I assume that by booking the treatment, you have consented to this, however you can opt-out at any time.

Appointment ratings and reviews:

After your treatment, I may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate my treatment(s) and provide feedback. You can refuse, or opt out at any time.

Marketing:

I may occasionally undertake email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for me to do so; you are able to opt out at any time. The marketing campaigns may be automated and use based on treatments and products purchased in the past and information that has been collected from you. For example, I may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas. You may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
